Greg Sosville
Greg has worked as a business/commercial broker, advisor, investor, and owner/operator for the last twenty years.
Greg is the owner of Business Brokerage Services, LLC, which handles clients ranging from main street bars, restaurants, and liquor stores to significant IT and commercial service businesses.
Over the last fifteen years, Greg has personally brokered over 400 companies/properties valued in excess of $125MM.

Ken has over 20 years of deal flow experience who served as in-house corporate/intellectual property attorney at several multinational pharmaceutical companies, has an active commercial law & craft beverage law practice, and has co-founded several startup companies, including being an owner/operator in landscaping, real estate construction and redevelopment, and various technology-based companies.
As a licensed attorney and business broker, Ken has transacted over $15 billion in deal flow, including asset acquisitions, M&A, and a broad array of commercial and licensing agreements. He leverages his accumulated knowledge and experience in navigating the art of a deal.
When not working or spending time with his children, Ken is an active musician and enjoys running the occasional marathon.
bianca boutell
Bianca has transacted a wide variety of business transactions and adeptly provides strategic counsel to clients throughout the entire deal process. She has worked as an advisor and investor, as well as an owner/operator in real estate construction and redevelopment, retail sales, and short term residential rentals.
Bianca is a Dallas native who began her career in the United States Air Force. She was stationed active duty in Northern Italy before launching her career in luxury food and retail in New York City, most notably running operations at Dean & Deluca and establishing the Starbucks/Teavana flagship Tea Bar concept in Greenwich Village.
In her spare time, Bianca reclaims and refinishes vintage furniture and has a genuine passion for fine arts and food.
